Gravity Die Casting is a permanent mould casting process, where the molten metal is poured from a vessel or ladle into the mould. The mould cavity fills with no force other than gravity, filling can be controlled by tilting the die also.

We have Gravity die casting equipment with tilting technology with 0/90° tilting provides and have a vertical    mould opening. With tilting die-casting, the metal flow at the die inlet is controlled by the tilting angle and speed of the die.

Also We have Horizontal Gravity Die Cast Machine in which die open-close direction is horizontal and pouring can be done by auto ladle or by manual.

Production Capacity

GDC Unit Of around 700 Sq.Meter, We are able to manufacture components from 50 Gm to 34 Kg in aluminium alloys Grade LM4, LM6, LM9, LM24, LM25.
